Trouble Sleeping

Living with anxiety can make it difficult to get to sleep at night. In fact, this is something that I suffer from. I have always taken at lest an hour to fall asleep and sometimes lie awake the entire night. I am going to try Sleepsync, a series of audio, which claims to help you get to sleep by setting your brain wave frequencies into Delta phase. I will see how it works and then write a review here.
